Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Manage all sales leads, including scheduling, distributing, tracking, and reporting as needed. This will be done in an Excel spreadsheet and in our CRMs.
Work with the sales team and salesmen to ensure efficient dispatching.
Vet and schedule sales leads by calling customers or handling inbound sales requests.
Work with the marketing team and our marketing providers.
Attend all marketing meetings.
Monitor all marketing campaigns and activities and ensure spending is aligned with the marketing budget.
Ensure campaigns and ads are regularly refreshed and aligned with seasonality and weather.
Learn all services and product offerings to effectively communicate with our customer base. These will change from time to time. Learning never ends.
Produce weekly lead tracking reports and marketing KPI reports.
Proficient in using Excel
Learn the new software (Service Titan) in any module that is needed to perform your job duties and reporting duties.
