Requirements:
Have excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Listening skills to understand the needs and pain points of our customers
Must be detail-oriented and capable of accurately collecting and typing information into a database
Able to quickly sort jobs and technician routes according to priority and technician strengths
Must be strategic and enjoy a fast-paced environment (sometimes)
Have excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Job Description:
The CSR supports the day-to-day operations of the company and is the primary point of contact for customers.
The CSR answers the phone, obtains customer information, books calls, and addresses customer concerns. If an issue arises, the CSR will work diligently to solve the problem, to the customers' satisfaction.
As part of this responsibility, the CSR will develop and manage reports, and interact with field personnel to schedule calls efficiently. A successful CSR must have the ability to function as a part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically.
